OT: ADR / ADS Ratio Changes

I was thinking again this afternoon about JASO's upcoming ADR ratio change (effectively a reverse split), and it occurred to me that there may be one small bright spot in that solution to a minimum PPS problem.

ADR's are, of course, subject to a custody fee (for JASO and LDK it has been two cents per ADR) that is levied annually. At JASO's current valuation ($0.72) that fee amounts to a 3.4% annual premium for ownership. The one benefit of the ratio change would be to reduce the proportion of the ADR fee to the stock price.

Completely agree with you what a pain to pay these fees with such low share prices.....

I'm wondering how many share JASO has bought back and a reverse split happening on the 9thDEC12
I say STP & LDK will be the doing the same.......

I could see JASO with a small float just like CSUN....
