USAA Precious Metals and Minerals Message Board

I thought that I'd do a little public service for you.

There's a post a couple back by a poster by the name of "whatisgoodandpositive", who was replied to by "makersofthemselves", who was then in turn replied to by "despiteit1".

These three posters are in fact all the same 68 year old man from New Jersey, , no kidding. This guy at last count has over 120 aliases and uses them to reply to his own posts.

    Just so that you're aware.

There are on this message list alone, several of his aliases:

Aliases aren't paid much attention to, as it is the content that matters. It is assumed that there is a better than 50/50 chance that those who post here have multiple aliases. The worst alias offenders on Yahoo message boards are those who post spam with many replies from the same source, and all expressing kudos for the Topic's "originator".

It seems better to not complain to Yahoo about this because Yahoo has now made it nearly impossible to include links, unless they are "white listed". A solution to this was found by simply providing titles to Internet content which almost always locates the info as well as a link.
