I see that San Ramon Real Estate is still dropping. Down 45% in the last 4-5 years. Maybe the boys would welcome a chance to cash in while they can still get $250/ Sq. Ft? Anybody for a NOLA relocation. There is some nice acreage down Chalmette way.
If you have to evoke the city of Houston to make Cali look good, things must be worse than I thought. I'm just saying, its a lovely place, a garden of eden, and loved to have stayed and fought, but like me- you wont find it so hot, if you dont have the dough- ray- mi.....
As I hear it, Chevron is all ready in the process of moving jobs - anything of a transactional nature will move to either Buenos Aires or Minila - Anything analytical will be moved to Houston or the area office they support. The concord office complex is on the block and only jobs that will be left in San Ramon will be executive and executive support.
By mid 2015 most of California will be toast.
