I see that San Ramon Real Estate is still dropping. Down 45% in the last 4-5 years. Maybe the boys would welcome a chance to cash in while they can still get $250/ Sq. Ft? Anybody for a NOLA relocation. There is some nice acreage down Chalmette way.
NOLAdude - cvx execs don't live in san ramon. are you kidding ? there's are reason for the migration to hou and north shore move. better nola than hou though - at least nola has some culture. Laissez les bons temps rouler. GO CHEVRON.
If you have to evoke the city of Houston to make Cali look good, things must be worse than I thought. I'm just saying, its a lovely place, a garden of eden, and loved to have stayed and fought, but like me- you wont find it so hot, if you dont have the dough- ray- mi.....
As I hear it, Chevron is all ready in the process of moving jobs - anything of a transactional nature will move to either Buenos Aires or Minila - Anything analytical will be moved to Houston or the area office they support. The concord office complex is on the block and only jobs that will be left in San Ramon will be executive and executive support.
