    CA Taxpayers leaving California

California is a broken System and it's only purpose is to display itself as being the Socialist system to which the entire Country will descend in the near future.

The plan to break every citizens assets is well on it's way. We will all be enslaved to the Givers.

It is the old Brainwashing way of beating you for days on end and then someday the beatings stop and you LOVE your captors for not beating you again.

Your State is depleted of savy leadership and real thinkers and doers are leaving or have already left the state. Your Savior is sending capital to prop you up thru the sweetheart deals and now you love them for sending money.

Your kind are so maleable as to fit into anybody's mold as long as immediate gratification is offered.

God save the Republic and her Simplistic citizens that would elect such a Savior.

    • If Calif. is such a disaster why is it attracting far more venture capital than any other state? It's also worth noting that Calif. is the world's 8th largest economy, and for the last 20 years has averaged over 3&1/2 billion more in federal tax payments than it gets back in services.

If this is "socialism" maybe we need more of it. However, I do agree that Calif. and many other state and local govts. need to fix their broken pension systems. In some case pensions are excessive and need to be reduced. At the same time we need to remember that many top business executives are overpaid while millions of US workers don't earn a living wage.
