Bank of the Ozarks, Inc. Increases Quarterly Dividend
LITTLE ROCK, Ark.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 3, 2000--Bank of the Ozarks, Inc. (NASDAQ:OZRK - news) announced its Board of Directors has increased its regular quarterly cash dividend from $0.10 per share to $0.11. This dividend is payable July 14, 2000 to shareholders of record on July 7, 2000.
In commenting on the increased dividend, company Chairman and Chief Executive Officer George Gleason stated, ``We are very pleased to announce this dividend increase for our shareholders. This is our third dividend increase since becoming a public company in 1997 and reflects our growth in earnings throughout that period.''
