Usually thinly traded momo stocks run for 2 1/2 days before rolling over. It is extremely bizarre that they would announce a stock split the day after announcing earnings. The split is likely an attempt to make it more liquid. However, waiting until just before the close on Friday to announce the split is an obvious pump job. I bought a few shares on the earnings announcement and have been holding them for the momo run on what are so-so earnings and forecast. I normally would dump them after the Monday gun but the computers may gun this for days or weeks now simply because it IS illiquid. Bernanke has made the stock market a no-fear casino; traders 'feel' like their stocks will always go up every day, and if the stock goes down for one day it will go up twice as much the next day.
Good luck with your bet. However, you are fighting extreme, near-panic euphoria with logic.
