    THE TRUTH ABOUT YOGA

    Dear Yoga,

I have watched from the sidelines for a while now as you have insulted and demeaned other people on this board for having honest disagreements with you... You obviously have a very negative opinion on this company, but your reasons and logic are totally specious...

So... let me get this straight...

    1. Jerry the Squanderer fooled those institutional investors at $8 a share, but he couldn't fool you...

    2. Jerry the Squanderer fooled those institutional investors at $12 a share, but he couldn't fool you...

    3. Jerry the Squanderer fooled those institutional investors at $16 per share, but he couldn't fool you...

    4. Jerry the Squanderer has fooled the SEC, but not you...

    5. Jerry the Squanderer has fooled the NASDAQ, but not you...

    6. Jerry the Squanderer has fooled those public institutional investors that continue to hold 15 percent of this company, not to mention the private institutions that hold another 20 percent, but not you...

In other words, Yoga, you seem to think that you know better than just about everyone else about this company, even though they've put millions of their $ on the line...

Who do you think you are, Yoga? Unfortunately, by your own words you have made a very strong case for your suffering from paranoid egomania and a massive persecution complex, not to mention pathological arrogance...

I have made a lot of money on this stock, and I believe that I will make even more... But if i don't, it won't be for any of the reasons that you've mentioned.

Have a great weekend, Yoga... You really, really need it...

    Cheers!

    • hodgson- given the state of your 'knowledge' you might do better to stay on the sidelines. Let's review your posting-

'1. Jerry the Squanderer fooled those institutional investors at $8 a share, but he couldn't fool you...

      2. Jerry the Squanderer fooled those institutional investors at $12 a share, but he couldn't fool you...

      3. Jerry the Squanderer fooled those institutional investors at $16 per share, but he couldn't fool you...'

To 1, 2, & 3- Are you some kind of retard? Did you start trading stocks yesterday? (If you find this 'insulting and demeaning' then you'll understand that I do not suffer fools lightly, nor for that matter do I care what you think about my lack of caring).

For your info Einstein there are many reasons why investors buy shares in companies and many of them have nothing to do with the investor's beliefs as to the merits of the company prospects itself. It's only necessary that they believe that they'll be able to find sheep willing to buy those shares from them at a higher price. Looking at MSGI's track record they were probably persuaded that Jerry the Squanderer having done this successfully many times in the past could deliver the goods (ie- you) again.

'4. Jerry the Squanderer has fooled the SEC, but not you...'

The SEC is a toothless joke that will not even intervene to halt the trading of purely ficticious pinksheet companies much less a slightly more sophisticated version like MSGI. Read Christopher Byron in the NY Post if you care to learn more.

'5. Jerry the Squanderer has fooled the NASDAQ, but not you...'

What does NASDAQ care as long as they get their listing fees? As far as they're concerned you're free to lose your own money investing stupidly.

'6. Jerry the Squanderer has fooled those public institutional investors that continue to hold 15 percent of this company, not to mention the private institutions that hold another 20 percent, but not you...'

BFD. Two institutions own 13% (although it's more like 10% of the fully diluted shares). That info is two months old and they're probably waiting for the point of maximum pumpitude in price and volume, ie- the split, to begin or continue unloading. And of course we all know that institutions don't fuckup either, lol. In fact I can't think of a single stock scam in the last five years that took down a host of institutional investors with it, double lol.

Now genius why don't YOU address:

      1. The vapor products of MSGI

      2. The lack of revenue

      3. The silly Scranton PR (I mean how desperate is that?!)

      4. The outrageous salaries

      5. The history of repeated failures

      6. THE SQUANDERING OF $220,000,000 IN PRIOR INSTITUTIONAL INVESTMENT DOLLARS (and we can be pretty sure that much of that bag was transfered to you loserlongs before the collapse). Either those institutions were ignorant investors or they transfered to those losses to you ignorant investors.

      7. DOUBLE REVERSE STOCK SPLITS? How often do you see that?

      • Dear Yoga,

You see... here's the difference between you and me...

You, and others on this board, got burned badly in the past on this stock (ever heard of a sell-stop?), and now you're taking it out for all the world to see... I assume that it makes you feel better to do so... perhaps not...

I have made lots of money on this stock so far, and although that may end in the future, perhaps I'll be lucky and can make some more on this stock...

you do wound me so, Yoga, when you call me names like "retard" (ooooooo, good one!)

the fact is that as far as you're concerned, no one, not the SEC, nor the NASD, nor the courts, nor God-on-His-Throne, seems to be able to stop Jerry the Squanderer... Well, if he's that smart, then we're all "retards" in comparison, Yoga, including you...

        All Hail King Jerry!

p.s. you REALLY really do need to see someone about your persecution complex, Dear Yoga..

    • Yeah, and you have to love all that insider buying LOL. Oops, I meant insider holding LOL
You mean not only do insiders not buy this stock, but they don't even hold it????
      LMAO
      Nice scam.

    • Loved your response...I'm with you..I too have made bucks...but plan on this just being the introduction to bigger and better.
