warren buffett gets to meet these people personally, i do not. buffett's example on ceo compensation is the best indicator of ceo integrity. execs should get low pay, no options, no bonuses, but should get rich by buying shares on the open market, doing a good job, and realizing a multibagger in share price. high cocmpensation to managers is a rip off to shareholders and should be illegal.
let them put their own money at risk and make it like buffett did.
the only cases where i have lost big on a stock is when the ceo turned out to be crooked.
