In New York City yesterday, it took a judge just 1 day, ONE DAY, to determine that SAIC was far guiltier in the CityTime disaster than Gerald Denault. SAIC was clearly hoping that they could pin most of all of this disaster (which they also sell to other cities, like Memphis) and escape much of the blame. NOPE, ain't happening. So now the real fun begins for SAIC. And how goes the TriCare lawsuit? I wonder if the employee who lost those data tapes is still employed at SAIC?
