On CITYTIME
I was recently having an evening talk with a neighbor, a uniformed professional, from the city and when I mentioned that certain CITYTIME is working, he gave me a shattering look full of knives. Yeah, right, sure it is working.

Neighbor is a city cop, spent time at ground zero digging up bodies and working with families of those lost that day. I suggest you apologize.

Why don't you give it a rest - CT is old news and the Co. has fired sr mgrs, paid fines and put this issue behind.

Well, that may be so but don't you doubt for a moment that the City of Memphis is going to be sold this wonderful, fantastic piece of programming for their payroll system too. Suckers.

Yes the company is moving forward now and the dividend is definitely a step in the right direction; at least now it does pay to hold the company’s stock. I have to give credit to management and the board for finally initiating a dividend payment, and at a higher rate than what I was hoping for; I would have been happy with $0.10 per quarter.
