I tend to take half my profits early and then more when there's a spike, so I sold a bunch of stuff last week including some DAC on Friday.
Looking to buy back but sometimes it takes a little while to say goodbye to a cash hoard...
I love DAC. No direct indication of any charterer default, and all NBs prechartered. They don't need ANY new charters - could survive fine just earning nil on the few that come up - as long as the existing charters are honored. They seem to be negotiating delays on NBs appropriately. They'd like to see them all ex-yard on schedule but need to accomodate the other players and jockey for preferred standing wherever there may be counterparty risk. Charterers don't want early or on-time delivery, some yards are behind schedule (true for boxships?), and most yards have empty orderbooks from 2012 forward. Many owners are struggling with loan covenants and are desperate to finance Nbs but DAC appears in solid shape.
go DAC, also NM (well capitalized), also TNP (sitting on CASH enough to complete NB program even without financing :).
