The company filed an 8K yesterday that indicated Peter Oaklander's employment was terminated and that the bylaws are being changed to allow plurality voting for directors in contested elections. Plurality means you don't need a majority just more the the closest person next to you. Could some of the 20 institutions that own 80%+ of the company want board representation? Why did Oakland get fired?
I really like the prospects and direction of ISIL and think the stock is a bargin based on that alone. Board representation by some big holders is icing on the cake. A sale of the company gives me my return quicker.
BTW Blackrock file yesterday that they own 8,460,000 shares at 12/31/11, up from 2,620,000 at 9/30/11. Who sold them those shares?
I know wht you mean, I was just telling my wife "you gotta check out the investment advice of this lady named dowjoneskids on Yahoo, she's making money hand over fist by shorting ISIL, maybe we could too".
What's your short position again? In the 10's?
You are like a woman scorned..... Bell must have absolutely humiliated you when he fired you and sent you packing. DJK too week to work for ISIL, DJK is crap and a complete failure. DJK will collapse and end up flipping burgers at McDonalds.
You need to come up with something new.........
