If directors do not follow thru' rapidly and proceed with stock buy back program (when the stock is hovering around book value); ISIL remains a sitting duck for an acquisition by either MicroChip or Maxim or ST Microelectronics or some other company.
Reason I did not metnion TI is they recently acquired National Semi and may be still digesting that acquisition. Ofcourse Microchip also made an acquisition of SMSC. That leaves three companies Linear Tech., Maxim and ST Micro STMicro is having it own issues with ST Ericcson.
On this is for sure at this price level ISIL can easily be bought.
