Valencia DC Bathroom policy
Nightshift Valencia has repeated tried to enforce a ban on employees going to the bathroom at any time other than their break.
Note: California Labor law specifically dictates that the bathroom and breakroom must be separated because the law says that breaks aren't intended for the bathroom. But, that hasn't repeatedly stopped nightshift management from harassing employees to stop using the bathroom during their long shifts. This includes defining pretty much any usage of the bathroom during shift as excessive AND staring at employees going to the bathroom AND following employees to the bathroom.
