I do wonder how long PCLN can keep up the charade. If you scan the internet for complaints by its users, you find a lot of extremely dissatisfied customers. What PCLN does have going for it I think is a very active and effective legal department that weasel-words all their operations to keep the class action lawyers at bay. I'd say watch out if someone is finally able to find a crack in PCLN's bait-and-switch operation. The other thing that's plain when looking at internet complaints is that PCLN has a very active PR department that hounds every bulletin board and forum where people express their outrage at how Priceline screwe d them. I have a strong suspicion too that PCLN runs supposedly "independent" forums that purport to give assistance in using PCLN effectively. This thing is a house of cards and the population of dissatisfied customers is growing daily, IMHO.
