Actually for a good looking stock with great momentum and being in the right sector that a good thing that it is quietly doing it's thing. The chart looks solid for 2013 if it can hold above 10 dollars (the former highest monthly close going back to 2011).

company started year in my view at "wrong price" , EV too low to normalized ebitda. since then, concrete fundamentals improved, especially in texas. Also, USCR jettisoned no profit precast ops and added profitable ready mix ops. also, they are doing thoughtful exchange offer , trading dilutive converts for straight debt they can repay later with modest penalties. Stock is up big but actually not much pricier given above. impressive
