So you have got ONE new store that has customer
activity. Congratulations that makes all the stores a
beehive of activity. Or does it? First of all, common
sense will tell you that a new store will attract more
customers as they will want to see the new player on the
block. Once the "newness" wears off, the customers won't
return unless the new store has something to offer. With
RAD's current customer service and merchandising
techniques it is probable that the customers won't be back
in droves as they were when the store opened. I am
not saying that all RAD stores are dead on the West
Coast yet, but the pulse is rapidly fading as their
poor operations chase away more customers each day!

Too bad RAD has no room in their seasonal areas in the prototypes because none of their summer crap has sold yet. Seasonal is a big mess.
