    Nice find on the license. Question - the description says Schering Plough is responsible for development of the intranasal formulation of pleconaril. The sepsis trial was using the oral form. Do you think that perhaps VPHM would still have the rights to the oral form or is it clear they are with SP (Merck)?

    • I believe they've turned over everything to Schering-Plough including the oral formulation. Should Schering, now a part of Merck, makes anything out of this compound (pleconaril) including the treatment for the H1N1 virus they are on the hook for royalty fees... that is imo.
