    breakout above $31.12 may 2002

    look at the long term chart going back to march of 2002 the stock had traded at $40.49 prior to that it was as high as 74 and had a 2-1 split march 1,1999 then it had double top dec 2000
    at 73.94 tehn it started to decline over the next few months may 2001 it was down to $54.00 the a sharper decline to the $40 range then it settled to long trading range of the high 20's 2002 to the low 20's with a few dips below then feb 2009 it bottoms out at$18.41 then it started to recover and gradually moving higher no resistance from $33.00 back to that $40 range in 2002 and earnings coming out in end of january with large funds ahead buying div stocks could this make a nice move and who knows maybe a takeover target.good luck to all looks good at this price level long term investment with nice div.look at the call options $40.00 strike price jan 2013 around .47
