BMY will exceed it's 52 week high in 2013 IMHO. DD.
check Yahoo history for BMY and mark it for divs only .. you get the dates and the amounts ... BMY has not been all that generous with div increases for a few years , and i don't look for much going
forward for quite some time .. the dust still hasn't settled yet with so many drugs going off patent and
pharma is quite high for all ... also , at this juncture the big pharma's , who have been transistioning
from tradition drug development, it's going to be a while for the new drugs to really get traction ,
doctors are often reluctant to change meds for people , if the current ones are working , generic
competition is real and pipelines are not robust .. in short , big pharma should be considered to
be growth companies .. look for high debts and low divs for awhile ... risk averse investors won't
be flocking here for a while yet ....
though the past quarter has seen bond money coming over , as it has with some specialy retailers
and telecom ....
most of the posters on all yahoo boards are watching things daily and jumping on headlines ..
that's not investing ... you have to look at fundamentals , do a little TA , more dd and buy or
sell positions over time , not all in or all out ... later .. garce
