    read the DA's affidavit

It says Trayvon was in fear of an unknown man following him, tried to run home but was stopped by Zim who assumed Martin was trying to get away before the police arrived.

Zim could have simply followed Martin to where he was staying and waited for the police to show up as he told by the dispatcher a cop was being sent. But since Zim was a wannabe cop with a history of being confrontational (with a cop, his girlfriend, his cousin) AND WAS ARMED he took it upon himself to keep Martin from leaving the scene.

While Zim was on the phone w/ the dispatcher he described Martin (people like him) as an AH and a punk, which tells you about his frame of mind.

Who was responsible for the incident happening in the first place? Unquestionably Zim, who followed Martin for no reason after being told not to.
