This will be well into the green by day's end. The selling is on low volume after 25 million shares changed hands in a week. Of course, my total cost is less than 3 bucks a share, so this is like fun for me.
No, the selling is because there are no more buyers. The 25mil shares was because the shorts covered asap after the stock re-opened. Anytime a stock halts and there's a possibility it will soar following re-open, the shorts (and in this case, a ridiculous number of shorted shares) will panic-cover so they don't get stuck. Go look at the short interest from beginning of week to today. Huge % cleared out.
Now we're back to common sense that this stock is a loser and volume is down because only an idiot would guess the direction of this stock with no news (i.e. low volume). Seriously, who T1 halts a stock (pending news release)then re-opens without giving any reason for the halt. Wouldn't you think with all the bad that has come out (true or not) the company would be jumping at the chance to release good news? Remember, this was a company halt, not an SEC/Fed halt.
