When a company promotes a stock & then the stock keeps coming back down its because their wasnt any value just hype. Thats what you get on this board - insider hype. The company is next to broke without any successful products to market. Wheres the Value? Not in book value, not in earnings, not in sales of any of its so called products to consumers.
What you are pointing out could not be more evident. In fact, the situation has gone from bad to much worse in terms of the company fundamentals. Some of the insiders in this company have a bad reputation on the street for playing fast and easy with SEC regs. The question is how long this can continue. They have, I am estimating from public filings, a monthly nut of around $500K, not including payments to suppliers, vendors, contractors, and one time expenses. Paying some of these with stock or options is a dangerous game, when the insiders know that the company is essentially bankrupt. Also, the longer they continue to pump this thing, the higher the chance is that someone will make a compelling case to the SEC against the principals. Time will tell, but I reckon they have at best another couple of months before the dump comes, but this may be charitable.
