Anybody who was trading micro caps in the late 1990's remembers clearly that micro caps like VVTV had already doubled and tripled their 52 wk highs as the Nasdaq passed 3500. As the Nasdaq approached 4,000 micro caps were trading at 5 and 10 times their pre-bubble 52 week highs. If today was March of 2000 VVTV would be a $50 stock. There's no reason VVTV is not participating in this rally. None whatsoever. I have stocks on my screen with financials FAR WORSE than VVTV surging in harmony with the Nasdaq rally.
