The fact that the insiders are the last remaining large shareholders that care about the stock is neither positive nor negative. It just makes the stock very illiquid.
I was not implying that the insider interest was on the buy side � if it were, then you would be right about it being a positive sign.
I terms of insider transactions, it is actually a somewhat unsettling that Sam Hunter sold 25,000 shares last month at between $0.80 and $1.12.
I don�t blame the guy for making some money. He purchased 12K shares at $0.30 last September so he tripled his $3600 investment.
On the other hand, if the company were indeed turning around, as the 10Q seems to indicate, I would think there is a lot more headroom. I�m just surprised that he would sell at that price.
