10Q Date
Filed NT 10-Q says," Form 10-Q or subject distribution report on Form 10-D,or portion thereof, will be filed on or before the fifth calendar day following the prescribed due date"
What "prescribed due date" they are talking about? Is it Nov13 as 10Q for 2009 was filed on Nov13,2009? If prescribed due date is Nov13, 2010, then we should see 10Q results sometime tomorrow.-
45 days after the quarter was Nov. 15, the day they filed the NT.
Now they have 5 calender days to file.
It's still a small company & they don't have a CFO yet hince, their "always being late", we already know that.

Typically it is 45 days after the end of the quarter (9/30/10). We should expect financials by the end of the week.

I wish I was sure of it but, I believe the date was last Monday... Nov. 15, 2010.
