No profit for 12 month at least

You should sell and go away. I've had this two years and intend to continue accumulating. You don't have the stomach for investing. Daytrade somewhere else.

"Convertible Promissory Note Payable to JMJ Financial, secured by $1.0 million of the Company's assets, one time interest charge of 10.0%, due January 12, 2014"

      • Typical 1 star post and you're lucky to get that dumass.

Posting the JMJ Financial loan agree ment and you didn't post the St George one. Here.

"St. George Investments, LLC, a Promissory Notes of the Company in the principal amount of $1,105,500 (the "Company Note") and (ii) a Warrant to purchase common stock of the Company (the "Warrant"). The principal amount of the Company Note is $1,105,500 ("Maturity Amount") and the Company Note is due 48 months from the issuance date of March 10, 2011. The Company Note has an interest rate of 6.0%"

Notice the 6% rate? This means our credit is getting better, lower interest rate with financiers competing for our business. They don't do that unless the company looks solid to them, they're no fools (like you and daffyytaffy, etc) and financing is important to most businesses in most fields.

"If our cash flows from operations are significantly less than projected".

This is forward guidance and is very positive. Projected revenue is a mover in the stock market with CBAI announcing we expect to do well, the future is bright.

People don't like to read the standard disclaimers that warn of possible gloom and doom. So quit posting them as bottom line information, nimrod. This would be like having it announced that the bashers plane has the potential to crash and leave nothing but dunce caps blowing in the wind. The truth is the plane is expected to make it and you idio*s will continue your slanted efforts to lower the pps for your accumulation, your bosses accumulation, to bolster our competitor you have shares in or just because your a whining loser (my guess).
