    Bad news for cord blood

Also on September 25, 2013, the Company received from Tonaquint a Notice of Disposition of Collateral advising of Tonaquint's intent to sell all assets of the Company at a public auction on November 4, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. PST at 1857 Helm Drive, Las Vegas, Nevada, 89119. The Company disagrees with Tonaquint's allegations as set forth above and in the Complaint and does not believe Tonaquint is entitled to the above-referenced relief. The Company intends to vigorously defend itself against Tonaquint's attempt to sell these assets, as well as Defendants' counterclaims in general, and will continue to take legal action to protect the interests of the Company and its shareholders.

    • Awh, waah, waah, a disgruntled basher from the past make a ridiculous post. What a shocker! Bad news, nice try. The company is doing great, CF positive, improved financials EVERY qtr, new Finance-minded CEO, in a hugely growing industry. And the PPS entry is the lows 20s (which is what we current smart investors got in at, with mega-thousands of shares). SOOO, move along junior, no one puts ANY credibility on your basher babble posts. In addition, your weak investment strategy of investing 1-2 years ago and losing your A@$, is IRRELEVANT to us current smart investors who are in the NEW CBAI. You and taffy/jlance/ja_mcsw/pcs/daniel should move on, you have failed here trying to bring the current smart investors down to you sobbing, because we have no reason to, we got in recently, subpenny, and are now in a CF positive, improved financials EVERY qtr, new Finance-minded CEO, in a hugely growing industry. All real stats & info, not basher babble....

      Sentiment: Strong Buy
