Mina Escondida an asset that may not be BHP after all

Forensics have it that in a past publication at Chile's top daily, years ago, Mina Escondida had a Chilean ownership legal side to it disputing the asset from BHP.

You know what?, just like the rightful recovery via legal means of Mina Pascua area in Chile, the Mina Escondida area recovery story, was also right.

There were inherent rights of ownership to a party (parties) other than BHP, standing at 2011 strong and free.

Thanks God for justice one may say again and again, for the persevering faithful owners, of Mina Pascua and Mina Escondida to be in the joyous path of re encounter with their respective assets in Chile.

Did BHP make of public domain a dispute in Chile Courts to its shareholders ever?, about a case it has in Chile re: ESCONDIDA MINE recovery by rightful ownership of legal record?

    If they did not, then...

    Welcome to reality check.

The legal matter is now at the forefront of a new legal step to secure the asset for its rightful owners.

Similar laws applied to the recovery process of Mina Pascua Chile from ABX, by rightful owners.

Mina Pascua revertion of ownership June 2006 Judgment, was due to Barrick seizing an asset "contracted for US$20 equivalent" a "not serious price", something ruled to be in manner unconstitutional in the country of Chile.
