According to the key stats on this it looks like 46% of the stock is short, is this true?I am learning to read the stats still, http://finance.yahoo.com/q/ks?s=NTRI
Today was last day that shorts can cover with their gain.Everybody knows that 4th Q is good and when it starts go up it will pass 70s within 2 - 3 days !When earning comes out it will reach 80s.Short will be all over again and comes dwon to low 70s.And go long again ! It's Merry Go Around all over again !Only dumm will loose a lots of moeny.Just learn NTRI's behavior and make money.
This is exact reason you have to go long!No insider is selling at all.Now year 2006 is over and earning is around conner. All shorts will be busted big time !Look out !
HANS never had 42% short interest. Go check out what happened to Overstock (OSTK) when short interest got above 40%...If you think NTRI's short story is about valuation, then you need to do more homework.
WOW i would not touch this stock when nearly 1/2 of the investers are hoping that it goes down. Thanks for the responses, I just wanted to make sure i was reading the data correctly. It just amazed me that a stock could have that much short intrest.again thanks all
I think Yahoo shows 42% of the float is short. Of the 31.5 mln shares that trade, 13 mln are short. At the current volume it would take about 8-9 days to cover all those shorts.Be careful!
LOL. Shorts are the ones should be careful when short interest is high.Shorts could be squeezed big time when short interest is high.
