Bingo! Cash and assets you "own" only so far as Imhoff will unlock their value for you aren't worth much! And, of course, those assets' value will dwindle steadily as Imhoff raids the cash coffers to keep paying himself his princely salary.
If the company has a market value of just over $2 million, and cash of $4 million, perhaps the company should be liquidated and the cash turned over the investors? Sounds like a buying opportunity, or an opportunity for investors to start making noise.
