Hi Ochs, I don't agree that it is just a small dollar amount. For TXCC, it is large and teh amount of shares sold (and bought) is much more than normal. I think it is somehow orchestrated and that a buyer and seller have agreed to do this on the open market. Don't forget that if you buy half a million shares at $ 0.60 in a company that faces bankruptcy, you would very quick lose $ 300,000.
Please reread the transcript of the last CC. There was hope they could enter the 2nd half without further dilution, as they would ba able to go forward from this 2nd half on their own, without further dilution.
And don't you think that Aspire would want to buy some more at these levels, now that they, just like us, already own so many shares? If you would have 1,000,000 shares at $ 0.80, and to preserve the chance to avoid a loss would be to buy some more, what would you do?
Aspire is no longer in the lead, they have to follow!
I havent seen a pattern to the volume that would indicate this. I think your suggesting a single - or very few buyers and sellers acting in concert. But I would agree that there are probably a number of sharholders that have wanted out for weeks. Everyone hates tech today and its a run for the exits.
