CUT management salaries & bonuses by 25%

Only fair since they just did the same thing to shareholders.
They sold $4 stock for $3 so a 25% discount from what it should have been.
Management should have the ethical integrity to step up and do the same. Cut all executives pay and bonuses by 25%.

After all, we are all in this together, RIGHT?

It would be unthinkable for management to unilaterally force shareholders to give one of managements friends a 25% discount, and then end it there. That would be horrible. Then they would only be giving away other people's money.

    • As soon as this stock gets back to $4.75 a share I'll have made another chunk of profit on my second buy in......all the while reading your posts is kind of brightening my day in a weird sense.

Too bad your mind about the company will change when the price is $8 a share. I won't have my mid day laugh when I check this message board again.

      Sentiment: Strong Buy

    • I have read several of your posts and must say your analysis and complaint has much to be desired.
The stock was 2.5 less then six weeks ago. When do you think negotiations began. If you did some proper analysis before you purchased the stock you would have seen that they had a financing issue. They are not going to get money on primary results on march 18. Suppose the skits drug information is not ideal you want them to sell stock then.
For crying out loud you read a seeking alpha article buy the stock and think everything is going to go your way. If you believe in the company then swet out the results like the rest of us, if not stop belly aching say that YOU made a mistake and move on.

      • Another moron who runs away from his problems. That seems to be the majority opinion here. I agree with you though. If the majority of people think the only way to solve a problem is to run away, then you are right, I don't belong here. I've turned too many companies around, fixed too many broken organizations, improved too many inefficient processes and replaced too many incompetent managers - to put up with a bunch of shareholders who have no idea what it means to be an OWNER in a company.
