Buds, Who even knows if this election will end today? The lawyers are already lining up to see how many hours they can bill to dispute the results they don't like.
The polls where I voted this morning opened at 7:00 am. I was told that there were 19 citizens in line at 6:00 am. As I entered the parking lot to cast my vote, I stopped and looked around. I took great pride in taking the time to notice that there were no tanks, armored vehicles, soldiers with automatic weapons or even barkers trying to sway my decision.
Remember, no matter who wins, we live in the greatest country, civilization that this world has ever seen. The freedom to walk casually into a booth to make your voice heard, without fear, is a great priviledge.
