I love pistachios and yours were great. I was in Monteagle (Sewanee) couple of years ago and drove all the way down the mtn to Winchester just to get those nuts.

Damn it, Pershing, the pistachios I sent you came from the most gorgeous pistacho groves in the world. Around here we call them "money trees". They hang off of the branches in bundles, but the beauty is that patience is necessary...seven years for the first pistachio...so one is sitting on the land/investment, but urban/rural expansion has found its way out to the pistachios. Wish you could see it. Bright guys were quite insightful in the wait.

It didn't get my goat but my 12 foot gator didn't like it. The gator said, "Just come on down here Persh, and you will see who is boss."I have made a nice hiding place under the house for the gator. The only bad thing is that he has to back out into the lake, as he can't turn around under the house.

Every team that I wanted to win in the playoffs have lost. I believe that is 10 straight losses. I will be for Pittsburgh in the Super Bowl, so anyone wanting to make some money will bet on Seattle to win.

Nice portfolio. I have modest positions in ABT, AA, HSP, and TWX, and a solid position in BAC. I would diversify with an energy company. I've done well with aok's Canroys, but there are many other ways to play energy, depending on your need for current income, risk tolerance, etc.

I'm watching Seattle's offense beat up on Carolina's defense. It's only the first half, but I expected more from Carolina's D.
