Now is a fairly good time to buy
Last I checked it was at 50.62 at 9:38 (approx.). Within at most a week, it finishes on an average or .45 above the close the day before ex-dividend which in this case was 51.03 yesterday so my opinion is that it should hit 51.48 within at most a week from now.
