What about dividend payout for both?
already announced in Q3 conf. call....approximately $1.60 for abbvie, $.50 for abt. combined div will equal just over the current dividend.

I'm pretty sure that the combined dividend for both companies should be relative to the current ABT dividend.
You are correct. The higher dividend will probably be paid by AbbVie since it carries a higher profit, more cash flow and higher risk. The new Abbott will be lower risk and a lower margin company and I would assume lower cash flow.
