    You are clueless IMO.

    Public companies get sued all the time and it does not mean they stop filing.

    Stop making excuses.

      Are you aware that Chairman Fu was making very public statements to the chagrin of the PR firm and lawyers. He was gagged and his original statement edited. We've not heard a word since.

      Yes public companies get sued all the time, however few are embroiled in the mess ABAT now finds itself. The wisdom here is "loose ships sink ships".

        Wrong. JPM C BAC AIG Went through much worse then Abat all still reported while being drag up before congress. No lawyer in their right mind would tell a company not to disclose to it's shareholders while on going investigations are being done. They may tell the CEO to tone it down. But not to report earning to shareholder. No way a lawyer would advise that no way.
