    ABAT New Webiste

    Dear Sirs,

ABAT has a new website. ABAT intends to file and get back on the Nasdaq in the coming months.

ABAT will vigorously defend the court case without merits in the US court of law.

The website shows the history of the company.

ABAT will have a great deal of success each day for many years.

    • ABAT/ZQPT is rebuilding their website. The Chinese site has a ZQPT address. The English version has a 'sys' address. It's looking good with better photos and an overall cleaner appearance. I am eager to see the completed English version.

I believe the NY Court will look at the events of March 2011. And realize the drop in share value is a process of shorting. The last 17 days of legal activity are very meaningful. The next Court ordered date is Friday the 12th. This date is more meaningful yet. The Court is sheduled to decide direction and will most likely set deadlines for disclosure on one or both parties. My hope is that good 'ol common sence and fairness prevails.

Have a good week and stay positive and LONG.

LMAO! You call that "completed"? It has old information with some of it being passed off as new. It is extremely misleading if not outright fraudulent as they highlight NASDAQ listing when they have been delisted, the Manhattan address and phone number which are not current and have a CFO listed when they have been without one for almost a year. I'm amazed the suit hasn't been amended yet with the class period extended to account for the losses since they quit filing and began issuing fraudulent information online.

Take your loss like a man and quit trying to con others into this!

      • You aren't looking at the website address properly. Yahoo keeps censoring the host. It is:
        p
        k
        u
        l
        a
        b
        .
        c
        o
        m

      • Mr. Twist sir have you read the amended complaint?

New York State Supreme Court in Manhattan, was based on the Martin Act, New York State's powerful securities fraud statute, which does not require proof of intent to deceive.

That's not what the company says. Maybe you should call them instead of trying to be a fraud which you are. You IP is not form China.

    • ABAT will NEVER look to get back on the NASDAQ - unless there is a takeover.
