Advanced Battery Technologies, Inc. Message Board

    SUE Vvr Prescience

I am long abat. I encourage all shareholders with losses from prior to March 2011 as I have to consult with an attorney about suing the parties who made false material mistatements about our company. the time has come to file civil suits against the short sellers. the judge alludes to this in her comments about disaggregating factors. I understand that I will not receive much compensation from a settlement or judgment against my company even if it goes that way.

    Sentiment: Hold

    • It is unfortunate that people can just make up stuff and get away with it, I see this problem on a lot of the message boards. Why are the companies not protecting themselves?

They did. That is why there is a lawsuit against ABAT as well as the BOD, the CEO and the CFO. Each made false material statements about the company or failed to ascertain false material statements were being made.

If you have any parties to add, then by all means seek out an attorney. I have suggested for over a year that people ask an attorney if there is anything actionable against VVR, SA, Prescience, Kerrisdale etc. Apparently not as it has been almost two years and no lawsuits filed against them. Instead of your libel claiming all these people have done illegal things, go ahead and sue them. You can't because there are no grounds to sue and no attorney will take the case and face disbarment.
