Shareholdermeeting was not one person nor one person's idea. It was more than one person who decided to determine if there was support for a lawsuit against the company. LBCB is correct, it only takes one in Delaware law, but there was an effort to see if there was a consensus for suing the company. I volunteered to be the point man. At first I was going to do it under my own name, (not an alias like LBCB#@!) But since I was in communication with Jimmy, I thought best to do it under an alias.
At the end of the day, shareholdermeeting is dead, and I am out of ABAT. I am not against ABAT. I understand why they are dark. I lost a ton of money on it. OK, sometimes you win, sometimes you lose. I do think ABAT will make a comeback in share price and in being current with the SEC.
