Settlement is now almost a done deal...Next is to get ABAT back to normal listing...

Then we are on a roll .. $3.0 in 6 months is very doable...

    • Why do you keep lying saying settlement is "now almost a done deal"? Give us the date it will be all over. It will take many, many months IF it happens. With ABAT accepting no responsibility for their transgressions, it is far from a sure thing the judge will even approve it.

You gotta laugh at "we didn't do anything wrong and we promise we won't do it again".

      • lbcb, brother/sister whatever. you really do have an interesting way of spinning things. abat's accountants admitted to material weaknesses and accounting control issues. that is quite a different matter than to accept that the harsh and untrue accusations against them had merit. they denied the allegations because the allegations themselves were not true. they responded to this in their rebuttal. the corporate governance reforms are meant to insure that they don't get into problems again.

you aren't under the spot light here, but is your house 100% squeaky clean. was there every a mistake you made that helped you improve or have you been perfect your whole life???????

vvr made gross and untrue accusations. they were not just petty falsehoods. they profitted probably at least 10-20 million off of their short report and then used that money to hire people to continue to bash abat. they get off scot free and everyone here knows it.

        vvr sucks
