Barron's insider selling section this past Saturday listed 3 insiders as sellers of SRZ. One person selling can be explained - maybe someone needs to raise some cash. Three people selling is a red flag. I still like the company and the industry, but I took some money off the table today.
I don't know who is selling per Barron's just that there were 3 insider trades. I know some analysts follow Barron's insider selling closely, but why Barron's and not others I don't know. I've doubled my money in 18 months. Not going to be greedy about it.
You might check out that new one BKD. They've recovered nicely form the Citigroup downgrade (looked to me to be retaliation against Lehman's call on SRZ; Lehman underwrote BKD). If you see anything negative I'm all ears too. I'm not in love with the stock and not familiar with this industry (broker IPO offering). No message board over there.
Note: They've been making a lot of acquisitions lately.
