The upside here is not as much as many here claim. I don't see it going to 3 or hihger even after the refinanacing is done. There are many very serious problems with this company as mentioned in the Washington Post article. As we all know that refinancing will be done so why is it going down daily. It will take 2-3 years before we see 3 or higher.
im waiting also
I've pretty much set up my position with this stock and its a very strong one that will serve me quite well in the long term providing CEO Mark Ordan brings financial stabilization to this outfit. Over the years, I've learned to measure risk and to set up boundaries going forward with these highly speculative situations. You never want to over extend that risk unless you have proper justification - - - and at this point, I'm waiting for that justification. This is why I've got myself in a "hold" position pending a move to below $1.10/share or above $2.64/share. If you want to play the momentum game with SRZ beyond $1.70/share, I wish you every success. Very obviously, you would be in your own comfort zone by going that route.

all that aside, I don't know about you but Im ready and will play momentum if we can cross 1.70 for a test of recent highs
great message RT, you are sincerity is transparent
in all your messages,
as you said still I think it may slide one more time to
less than $1, hope/pray not to happen, these swings make
it hard to bear if you were here since $3
Hope with clock ticking forward, want to see SRZ forward
also mgmt should give some santa rally
You may think that SRZ's downward slide is finally over which would be fine by me, however, I'm still going with my assumption the share pricing will take another slide to at least the $1.10 level by December 31st. I'm giving giving it a 60/40 chance of occuring. The shorts and tax loss sellers are going to play this one to the final bell as I see it. But with that said, I could be wrong. As for myself, I'm carrying a very large position at this point so I'm not that much in need of more cheap shares. I will not be a buyer once again unless it goes down to at least $1.10 or breaks through the recent high point of $2.64 on a solid and very positive news development. As I've mentioned previously, my objective with SRZ is to carry it long term (2-4 years or more) as I think it could be a stellar investment providing CEO Mark Ordan becomes successful with his stabilization program. On the other hand, I'm prepared to swallow gravel should things not work out which is always possible when you are playing with a super speculative situation. We will just have to see how things pan out. In any event, best wishes to you and to all of our other chatboarders as we go forward - - the clock marches onward - - - tick, tick, tick.
Cheers and good investing,

I strongly disagree with your assumption that its will take SRZ 2-3 years to reach the $3.00/share level. It will blow past that level on an immediate basis once the investment community is assured re-financing is accomplished. In 2 or 3 years, I fully expect SRZ to be heading through the 20's and 30's. And by that time frame, I expect the overall world wide economy to be in much, much better shape which in turn will foster more confidence in the likes of SRZ and other similar equities. In any event, I think you are overly down playing the potential here but that's your choice.
Cheers and good investing,

You can disagree with my view but SRZ has so many issues. Even BKD which has no issue is only at 5. They even own the facilities 100%. I know the CEO has a solid track record and will turn the company around but real estate and credit markets are very bad. I will be very happy if you turn out to be correct and the stock goes to 10 after refinancing.
I bought @ around $2 should I just cut my loses and get out now? Looks like just another pump and dump..
What!! Back in the first week of Dec. hell you where stating going to $10!! What did you do bye when it was over $2?? There are maybe 3 people on this board that know what they are talking about, it sure in hell is not you!! Sell your shares and get out, take a loss DUMMIE!!
