I work at a lot of Sunrises

This is a great company. I have gone around to a lot of these places in the Washington D.C. area from Richmond to Baltimore for over 10 years. I work for a lot of other senior communities too. Sunrise hires me to come in because they have a full house. This has been one of the best organizations for whom I have worked.
I have seen some of the Marriotts become Sunrise, and then at least one of those for whom I have worked has become an Emeritus. So, yes I've seen some of the reorganization.
Sunrise take care of the residents with first class service. I don't know everything in the accounting department. If they called me and asked me to come in and perform for free, I suppose I could do some of that, but they always hire me and they pay up.
    GREAT PEOPLE at Sunrise!!
I think your investment will do you good. The biggest negative: I sometimes have to park off campus because the lots are full, but I don't think that's a bad sign.
good luck. Happy Fourth of July. God Bless America.

    • might be your husband, queenie.

Did exit my PCX trading shares at $17.55 and JRCC at 18.08 a few weeks back.
Also made nice profit on LLEN, sold at 10.35, what I bought for $8.86.
Bought PCX back after their mine collapse plunge, but too early since it conttinued to fall in last week's market swoon, so have temporarily given back my profits of 3 weeks ago.

James Taylor & Carol King, should have a room at Sunrise, as they are ancient!

That was certainly a very, very nice tribute you offered here at the chatboard tonight in behalf of Sunrise Senior Living. My late 90's father has been in one of their Seattle area facilities going on 3 years and I can tell you that he gets outstanding care. I'm so extremely thankful because his situation is very difficult. The care team assigned to him handles his every need with absolute loving care and complete professionalism. How could I ask for more? I had to chuckle when I read your one negative about Sunrise Senior Living and that was the parking situation. I too have the same problem at my father's facility as its currently fully populated with residents and that creates a lot of in-out traffic. I frequently have to park off site too but that's a very minor problem as far as I'm concerned. The fact they are packing residents into the facility gives me the warm fuzzies from an investors point of view.

Happy 4th of July to you, sir, and by all means, God Bless America on this wonderful holiday weekend and every day of the year.

      Cheers and good investing,

      • Ceil,
I see you asking for me, and here you missed my birthday. Been celebrating all week. Does your wife still find you hopeless? Hope you had the smarts to get out on top of PCX at $17 a few weeks back. If you had taken my SIRI tip at the exact time I told you, you would have flipped it at close to $600 in a day. Life is good, market sucks but I'm ok. You must see the James Taylor & Carole King concert if they head to A.C., beyond great. Stay cool in the car!
