Someone painted the tape and closed this stock above 50 cents.
Does that "possibly" mean that Lincoln Capital can continue with their share purchase tomorrow? Somewhere it was mentioned that a close above 50 cents the preceding day is a pre-requisite...just wondering
Ranger-the 8-K can be kind of confusing....They can't buy below .40 on the day it closes below .40....What??
The company can sell shares above .50. It doesn't say they can't sell shares BELOW .50...Kinda weird lawyer-speak language....By the way-i e-mailed Lincoln Capital and asked a couple of questions-we'll see if they respond....
