Not only have all bids been met at 0.50 but ZLCS closed lower.
ZLCS filed equity shelf last year for $75 million.
$25.5 million of that has been set aside for LPC.
This leaves $50 million dilution on the table.
Will ZLCS be proactive and do a reverse split 20-1?
I'm no fan of reverse splits but if it's inevitable, I'd prefer a 1 - 20.
Jk--please----20-1---ur hurting my brain!!! R/S --sept-oct-------UNLESS------some good news comes out..
If there's not a proper run-up by Sept's end---your negativity (about Z) will be met... Even then 5-10 to 1 more accurate.....
Yeah 10-1 would be an easy call. However at 0.50 that would put zlcs at $5.00 20-1 would put it at $10 and maybe open it up some to institutional investors.
