97% of all reverse stock splits cause massive loss in shareholder equity
Almost all stocks that do reverse stock splits end up causing a 30% to 90% loss in shareholder equity.
I've seen it over and over again share price will continue to drift lower, you'll see, happens all the time.
I like the stock RNN now, it is moving higher tomorrow, watch.
You can make up your losses with that one.
Check out CEMI. It did a 1 for 8 RS on 5/30/2012 and went up immediately on the RS date. It kept moving higher for a while. Now, it is just moving with the news as any other stock. It did not go bankrupt. I think it all depends on whether the management knows how to take advantage of the new higher share price for the benefit of the company.
They are in Phase 1 on solid tumor drugs. Do you know how long any of their stuff will take to get through the FDA? 7-10 years. RNN is going to need many cash infusions over the next several years if their stuff shows promise. It has some momentum and volume but do not marry this one. Major R/S candidate in order to raise cash down the road. Make a few cents and sell.
I told them but they did not listen to me..i always think ZLCS is good.....
For example, CTIC did the reverse split 1 year ago up to 3/share...look at CTIC now
USU did reverse split 3 months ago....look at USU nowwww
CYTK did reverse split 4 months ago...look at CYTK nowwwwww.....horrible
You guys have 2-3 days to make ya decision...this stock will continue to PUMP up for a week..therefore..u guys will make big $..
i think i may sell most of my shares rather than risk losing my investment. im looking at ttnp and oncs, as well as RN as replacements. i cant stomach the thought of losing 50% of my investment. if zlcs gave us a little tease of the trial data that would be nice. they must know something. this RS wasnt done for nothing.
