At this point, you have no idea what you are buying. My question to you is, what will the price be following the merger? In nearly all mergers with which I have been involved, the shareholder is told the price before the merger takes place. Even IPOs give at least a ball park....All they are giving us right now are percentages....you could own 18% of a loss from the outset. Using 18% as a ball park, if the stock does not trade above 7.90 +/-, you are already loosing money. Put another way, would you have paid $1.42 if I told you the opening stock price would be $5/sh?
