    steve, how could you end up with nothing?

    Let us say that all of the stockholders don't accept the offer. Then the aquisition can't go through or can it.

    Because why would they offer a premium in the first place then, if they can just take your shares?

    Like I said just a beginner so exuse me for the novice questions. I really appreciate it that you take your time to explain a few things.

    • Simply put, as Dallas said, hang your hat on insiders holding over 30% of thos 193m shares outstanding. Trust me, there is no way they will vote to accept a .02 buyout. And they hold a big chunk. They are the canary in the mine shaft saying to me there is much more to this or they would be long gone. Especially everyone on the BOD and Execs.
